Compliance and Government Reporting

Qualified retirement plans are subject to complex Federal laws and regulations. At EZ Pension Services, our compliance experts will review all legal issues related to the plan, perform compliance testing, and provide guidance to ensure that the retirement plans are in compliance with government regulations. We will update our clients on legislative, regulatory and legal developments and changes that may impact their plans. Our actuaries will conduct extensive annual testing to comply with complex nondiscrimination rules. We will also prepare all government filings with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). For example, our staff will provide guidance on filing Form 5500 through the EFAST2 web-based filing system.
