Plan Design and Implementation
Plan design is a complex process that involves the selection of a plan or a combination of plans and the incorporation of plan features that will best serve the goals of our clients. At EZ Pension Services, we provide the technical expertise and individualized service to customize the plan design process. We will consult with our clients to understand their Designed, and Volume Submitter, specific needs and financial objectives. After we have established the plan design, we will proceed with the implementation process, which includes drafting the plan documents and establishing the trust account. We prepare different types of documents, including Standardized, Individually Designed, and Volume Submitter.

· Understanding the client’s retirement goals and financial objectives
· Evaluating the corporate structure, including controlled group and affiliated service group analysis
· Reviewing future corporate plans, including mergers and acquisitions
· Analyzing plan demographics, including mergers and acquisitions
· Analyzing corporate cash flow and available resources to fund the retirement plans
· Selecting plan or combination of plans that best meet the needs of the client
· Incorporating plan features that provides funding flexibility
· Preparing plan documents with IRS submission for distribution to plan employees
· Preparing enrollment forms and administration correspondences
· Assisting in establishing the trust account
